The record date for the distributions is December 31, 2025 for all the ETF Series securities listed in the table below. All distributions are payable on January 8, 2026.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The annual notional capital gains distributions will be reinvested&nbsp;in additional units of the respective ETF Series&nbsp;securities and do&nbsp;not include any cash distribution amounts for December 2025.
