For instance, defendants represented that the Company was \u201cexecuting against that strategy, and we\u2019re seeing [the] results in the deal quality and the customer quality,\u201d asserted that \u201cour strategic investments in innovations and our go-to-market ecosystem positions us well for continued momentum,\u201d and that \u201cthere\u2019s no doubt there\u2019s [been] better execution\u201d since the implementation of the turnaround strategy.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">These statements were allegedly materially false and misleading.
